Returns & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your order under the following terms:

1. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To cancel, please contact us at info@cleoandmae.co.uk.

2. Return Conditions
– Items must be unused and in original condition
– Returns must be sent within 14 days of cancellation notice
– Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless item is faulty)

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 7 business days via the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. underwear, swimwear) are non-returnable unless faulty.
